How Do I Place an Order?Orders must be placed with a sales representative by 16:00 for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 16:00 will be delivered two days later. You can place orders by providing the sales representative with the item's product code or full name from our catalogue.

What If the Product I Want Is Not in the Catalogue?If a product is not currently in our catalogue, we can place an order to have it available by the following week, subject to stock availability and public holidays.

What Areas Do You Cover for Delivery?Delivery coverage may expand over time. Cape Town Branch: We deliver up to Vredenburg on the west coast, inland up to Robertson, and on the east coast up to Hermanus. George Branch: We deliver up to Plettenberg Bay on the coast, inland up to Oudtshoorn, and down the N2 until near Hermanus.
